We have created this guide to help you select your ideal timber cladding profile.

Our range of timber cladding profiles is suitable for both external and internal wall cladding and come in choice of rough sawn and smooth finishes. Whether you are installing your timber cladding vertically or horizontally we have profiles to suit and if you want to hide the fixings, we have specific profiles to make it possible.

We think that we have a cladding profile to suit most situations and tastes without overcomplicating things. If we don’t, we can always make a new one.

I would like to express how impressed i was with my visit to vastern timber today. I was unable to find a suitable oak window sill in the showroom. I was then served by Wolf who showed me the full available stock. This enabled me to find 2 pieces of thick oak with a waney edge. Ideal for what i wanted and he was also able to run the top surface through the plainer which saved me a huge amount of work and has given me a really fabulous finish. Thanks again

We ordered English Cedar to clad the outside of our bungalow. Initially we weren't sure what we needed, but Stefan was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. He answered any queries and made it quick and easy to place our order. We were told how long it would take and our ordered was delivered very promptly once it had been milled. The product delivered is of a very high standard and we are extremely pleased. We cannot fault Vastern and would definitely recommend them.
