Delivery

We offer a delivery service to most locations in the south of England and Wales. The map below shows approximate delivery costs by location. These costs may vary depending on the size of the load and the type of vehicle required. Unless specifically requested, the delivery vehicle will not be equipped with a crane or a fork lift.

We will always confirm a convenient delivery date in advance although in some cases flexibility over two days may be required. We will endeavour to deliver your order on time. To help us please consider the following before booking a delivery:

Is there Suitable access for the delivery vehicle avoiding narrow lanes, low bridges and overhanging tree branches?
Do you have a safe and legal space for the vehicle to park while unloading?
Will there be willing and able helpers where the wood is to be offloaded manually?
Is there a forklift on site for deliveries of large beams?

Prices may change at any time without notice. All prices are + VAT. For locations outside of the marked delivery zones please call for a quotation.

Always a great experience at Vastern. Prices are reasonable considering the quality is so good, and the staff are all very helpful & knowledgeable, even dealing with small quantity orders. Special shout out to Wolf, he's bloody brilliant. Always happy to help dig to the bottom of a pile to find the perfect boards for the job, and he's got a proper interest in timber and woodworking.

I had a great experience buying some oak decking. Stefan was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions (it was my first time using oak, or laying decking, so I had a lot!). The timber is lovely.
