Open by Appointment, from Wednesday 15 April

We want to thank our staff and customers for their patience and understanding during the last few weeks.

Following government advice to manufacturers regarding social distancing issued on 7 April, we are planning a phased return to work. We’re pleased to announce that our sawmills will resume limited operations from Wednesday 15th April.  

We have undertaken an assessment of how to operate safely under the new guidance, and we’re satisfied that we can protect our team and customers.

Until further notice we will only take orders by phone or email. Customers will not be permitted to self select wood from the sheds. Unannounced visits to either our Wootton Bassett or Studley sites will not be received. 

It is vital that customers call for an appointment before collecting so we can maintain social distancing and protect the health of our staff and customers. 

On arrival at either yard we will be asking customers to telephone before entering and then to stay with their vehicle. Please do not attempt to enter the offices or showroom.

Orders will be processed at our discretion, and while we will do our best to deliver, please bear with us as we adjust to the new government guidance on operating safely. 

We are limiting deliveries to those which can be operated with a forklift offload.
