Customer notice: electrical work planned for 29 Sept
Electrical infrastructure works are taking place at our Wootton Bassett site as part of ongoing work to expand our production capacity. These works require a short power outage which we expect to affect our operations for a few hours on 29 September.
We may be unable to respond to messages for a brief period, and we expect our payment process to be offline for a short time.
We appreciate your patience while these essential electrical works take place. We will do all that we can to minimise disruption and restore our usual high level of customer service as soon as we possibly can.
