Other names: PTG&V and matchboarding.

 

We offer a range of tongue and groove cladding profiles with a V joint detail. Pattern 1 is a non reversible profile which shows a 4mm flat where the boards meet at the joint. Pattern 2 is a reversible cladding board with a classic V joint

 

TG+V boards should be attached with a 2mm gap between boards to allow for possible expansion.

 

The Vastern range of machined profile cladding is produced at our mill in Wootton Bassett using the latest moulding technology.

Special or bespoke profiles up 200mm wide can be accommodated. Boards are supplied in random lengths from 2.0mt – 4.0mt. (This may vary depending on specie). For external cladding It is generally recommended that boards do not exceed 150mm in width.
